gah you're totally right about the legs - especially the one to our right. bleh - that's what happens when you paint something all at once in a hurry i guess.

i've been reallly enjoying that pictures you've been posting! i hesitate to comment because i feel lame saying "gorgeous!!! amazing!" every time to every picture as i wish i was more insightful.

Heya! I usually charge $100 + s&h [$15 in the USA], but I'd give it to you for $75 + s&h. I really doubt shipping would be like $50, right? If so, I'll knock of a ton of that $$$ too.

Shoot I don't know how much shipping would be to you in Australia.

Sorry shipping is so expensive. It actually covers professional packaging, insurance, etc. I don't profit off of it - that's how much it costs. I tried packaging it myself for a while and some paintings ended up completely ruined.

Oh, ok. That's a little more than I can afford to spend on a painting right now. I don't mean any offense by that - your art is totally worth that amount, I'm not saying you charge too much! Haha I'm just used to the small-town artists here charging, like, $10 for a picture :P But you are a pro and extremely talented. Anyway, yeah, I'm not really loaded at the moment and desperately need a new computer and my phone is threatening to die, so I may have to pass this time - but when I can afford it, honey, I will totally buy something from you. Oh, honey... I can't do that! That is such a big reduction... I would feel like I was ripping you off. You can't just go basically giving your beautiful art away to any Aussie hick who gives your hot friend ten bucks!! That should really only get me ten bucks off, and really I don't want you to go taking that off anyway.

Tell you what. The favour you can do for me is put that piece aside for me, how does that sound? Next semester I'll be back on government allowance and getting a scholarship (and who knows, maybe our dollar will buy more US cents too) and I will buy your beautiful piece at a PROPER price.

Let me know if that's not doable - or if you need the money, I could totally pay it in installments. Whatever works for you!

I doubt the people at your post office would know - only because the package I'd be sending is SO irregularly shaped. It'd be a very flat broad thin package. If it was just a simple box, it'd cost a lot less.
